Two next/prev buttons?

Hi Guys,

I have attached a screenshot of my problem. At the bottom of the page I have two sets of next/prev buttons. The bottom set do not work. Any ideas how I could get rid of these?

What i see on the picture is that it is a frame in a frame.

Set the inside frame in the outside and the problem is gone.
