You can delete images on the detailed review page in the admin panel.
You can enable or disable the ability to upload images to users there is a setting in the add-on, its code is "images_upload_allowed", but it is hidden, because the images in the review are one of the main features of this add-on.

Which browser does the error appear in? I tried Chrome(v90) and Firefox(v88) on dev.demo.mv.cs-cart.com and on local installation.
Browsers do not matter. It is the generated markup.
