dev.demo store is not working two different site gives xml link when i try demo site gives "ErrorCannot read uploaded file" i sent cs-cart team some example working site link but not working in dev.demo site. Still dont works too.
1- If this plugin is intended to make adding products easier, why not add missing ones? Categories is important if vendor have different category name its more crowded structured. its dificult if multivendor commerce company is a not big and grow up. vendor gives minus value and dont want to add product for difficulties for choose or change category name for them. if vendor use their own category names in the structure, a very complicated situation arises
2- Modifier just only allows 1 code if we more than one we can fix this
7- The xml company gives not a price value it gives Usd =1 Eur =2 and GBP =3. So one code modifier we coudnt change all

You can extend default import with your add-on. We intentionally allowed only one modifier to make import easier and more transparent.
As for Categories. Unfortunately in order to add categories in XML import we have to spend many resources from development department cause many possible relations should be considered.
Instead we will make an easy way to manage categories of imported products on the product list.
So the scenario will be
1. You import products
2. Switch to product list and select Recently updated search.
Your development departman maybe look the other development company like Sim.... They add categories mapping this feature looks their addon nice and useful. Add plan the feature category mapping please. And sometimes company gives xml have 40 50 categories its difficult for import them and our when we import add true category vendor or the others. And i think more cs-cart users not a big company so its important to us more useful, simple and quickly add products.
An modifier maybe add name is "More" near modifier column or popup in modifier column add more modifiers there.
3- Links not work i coudnt see.
And some add-ons are ahead of other cs-cart stores, why this add-on is missing.

So I have this multivendor account 4.8.2 and i did try to use this advance import but it actually messed up the existing one as I dont see the products link there. I finally removed the advance version altogether and i still dont see the products link there..is this a bug or this was not supposed to be used for 4.8.2 version?
When I try to import a custom value for one product's features it erases ALL other feature values and only imports the one I mapped.
That can't be right but there doesn't seem to be a setting in advanced import to turn this off (it shouldn't do this by default to begin with).

So bascially when I import only the EAN for several products with a simple file like that I end up with all the other feature values begin removed and only EAN will be left. Note that the other features had values before I did the import. There were simply deleted even though i didnt map them and they are not even in the import file.
It's driving me mad how something this simple (but powerful in cs-cart because of the stupid json thing for features) doesnt seem to work.
i have a big problem with advanced import. when i want import features products, in fields mapping tab and column Product property in CS-Cart i show only first 100 features fields (there is a strange text coming soon....); i have 600 features fields.

So unfortunately, category mapping isn't planned for the near future. When we add new functionality, we have to set priorities. Priorities depend on many factors, but I can narrow them down to three:
1. How many people request the functionality?
2. How difficult it is to implement and support it?

This scenario has already been implemented: products that already exist in your store can be easily assigned to any categories you want right from the Products > Products menu. Categories can also be mapped via modifiers during the import, although it's more complicated and might not suit everyone.
For those who need category mapping urgently, there are also a couple of third-party product import add-ons with that functionality.
Yes one of the version include you and imac say thanks hear for that. But when? I'm excited for that.
Multivendor version if you big company they solve in their programmer or use full third party addon. But small company don't have money, time and always have some toruble. Like me.
When small firms have a more useful structure, they can have a working time focused on further business growth.
