Troubleshooting Failed Credit Card Payments - Is There A Log File?

I have a Pay Pal Payments Pro account and I've setup all the credentials for the credit card payment option with PayPal Payments Pro selected as the processor however I'm getting failed payments. Is there a place I can go to see details as to why the payment is failing?

"Failed" usually indicates a connection or credential problem. The failure response should be in the "Reason text" area of the payment pane in the admin panel.

Since PayPal Pro uses default class to send requests, try to check request and response on the Administration -> Logs page (select the Requests type in the Type/Action field)
