Tracking Function

I am using v3.0.6 and the tracking function under My Account tab is not working, am i correct that if either of the order id number or the email address associated with the order is entered into “Track my Order” field then it should return the order status?

If you are logged in, you should be redirected to the Order details page



If you are not logged in, you should receive an e-mail with the latest order data

That may be confusing for the customer as when they track their order when not logged in no message is displayed to say an email has been sent the page returns back to an empty tracking field.



Is there a way to show a pop up informing the customer an email has been sent.

The notification exists in the code. If it does not work on your website, please contact CS-Cart support team

The site was done by Alt Team who have been looking into this matter for the last five days but have not mentioned about either the email notification or the pop up that informs the customer.

Flow they have received my emails but what i have found in the past for some reason i don't know if it is just the developer i use does not reply until many emails have been sent which is very frustrating to say the least, at the end of the day in this world we live in time is of essence and it does not take one minute to type a reply to put a customer at ease, i know this from past experience.
