4.5.3 never came out and it is not fixed in 4.6.1. Just upgraded.

Please update topic in the bug tracker

I'd suggest you report a new bug and reference the old as not fixed. Otherwise it will just be ignored since they don't review things they consider complete.

I don't know what shipping methods you are using but mine does not round up. Realtime shipping USPS and UPS (My set up)

It is the old orders that were places before the upgrade. New orders are OK.
