All my top menu pop-ups stopped showing, if someone can take a look at my site and tell me what’s wrong I would appreciate it.

Nevermind I figured out what was wrong.
Apparently when you enable customization mode “top menu pop-ups” inherit the hidden value of the edit icon even when the edit icon wont show.
