Im trying to delete some forms off under our top menu on the home page and they wont delete. As far as I member, all you do to even create it is create the form then create the top menu tab, and then copy the url into that tab on the admin page. Well i did all that reversed to delete it but the top menu tabs wont delete now! they have been deleted out from the Admin side of cs cart but it wont go away on the user end.
And i have cleared the cache and cookies

You weren't clearing your cache correctly.
You need to do youradminname.php?cc
I cleared your cache and now everything works fine.
