Can anyone tell me what files are responsible for creating / generating thumbnails? (using automatic thumbnail creation)
My store stopped creating thumbnails and I need to troubleshoot.

I believe it is the gd library (part of the server configuration) that is responsible for creating the thumbnails.

My problem is resolved. Not sure if it will help anyone, but my issue had to do with missing or corrupted files, specifically php.ini,php.fcgi,.htaccess.

Thanks for the reply. I read some other posts similar to this and saw the gd library mentioned. gd is still enabled on my server. I have made no changes to any of the thumbnail creation settings and I don’t have any problems with any of my other CS stores. Could it have something to do with the image size or x/y dimensions of the “Popup larger image”?
