Hi Miracles, installing the KB is not the problem, I was waiting to hear back from you where your original KB database went when you switched servers? otherwise you’ll have to start from scratch and re-enter all your KB data again, Thanks - Sno
I think i left my old backup there on old server and now my that account was inactive. So i think i have to start from the beginning. You just install that on my server. I will send you the PM .
