The number of products in the inventory is not enough for your order.

With a product that has a stock of 1, when a customer want to buy 2 or more, the following message appear :



[color=#8C8531][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][size=3]The number of products in the inventory is not enough for your order. The quantity of the product xxx [/size][/font][/color][color=#8C8531][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][size=3]has been changed in your cart.[/size][/font][/color]



With inventory follow and “buy in advance” option, I thought it would be possible to buy more products than in stock, but it seems not as CS-cart modify the quantity itself.



Is it possible to avoid this and let the customer buy the number of products he want ?

In Settings>General, check the box for “Allow negative amount in inventory”
