The entered license number is disabled! URGENT!

Hi there,



I did buy un upgrade license, I've already written to the help desk but I need info as quickly as as possible, I hope somebody can help me out!



My current live web site is running on a 2.1.4 professional version. After purchasing the new license in the admin panel appeared this message:



“The entered license number is disabled. Please contact CS-Cart support team to check your license status”



A little panic, I did buy the license but I need to keep live my current web site until I developed the new one (working locally).

Will my current web site keep working?!

Thanks, by the way I think it should be fine, as according to yur policy “I have the right to run the software on a server for an unlimited amount of time”.



So the license refer only to the possibility of upgrade.

Right?
