Temporary URL without SSL, css styles display not properly CS-Cart 4.20.1

In installed cs cart last version CS-Cart 4.20.1 on a temporary URL.
I activated temporarily the SSL option on cs cart and reverted.
Since then I can not access correcly pages on cs cart without SSL.
Css styles are not displayed correclty
I want to use cs cart temporarily without SSL until I migrade data from old cs cart to new one.
Do any oF you have an ideea how to display correctly cs cart webiste on a
temporary URL without SSL.
I mention that before activating SSL the website worked properly.

When I deleted the cache it works correctly for few pages and again after 2-3 clicks the css is not displayed properly. Any ideea how to solve this?

Have you tried incognito mode? The browser can cache some content and your website can work correctly in another browser or incognito mode

I have tried also incognito mode and also different browsers, the same issue.

It is required to examine issue directly on your server
