Hi,
I am facing a strange issue which I started facing after the upgrade to 4.14.
The taxes does show up in the website until the checkout page. But once the order is placed, I don't see the taxes in the Order details neither in the invoice or order email notification.
Wonder why I am facing this strange issue.
Please any help/guidance in this regard will be really appreciated.

I have attached the three screenshots where we configure Taxes options.
I have setup Taxes based on rates.
One of the screenshot is from the checkout page where you can observe that the taxes are being calculated properly. Unfortunately after the payment when the order is created, I don't see those taxes in the order neither in the invoice.

I too have recently upgraded to v 4.14 and my taxes seem to show ok
the only difference between mine and yours is you are set up for "unit price" and I am set up for "sub total"'
mayb try sub total and see, then switch back, in case it is down to the delivery address
