Taxation Auto-Refresh And Select By Shipping Country

Hi guys,

I made taxation depends of shipping country and I added Country as Select Option, however when Customer changes his destiny of delivery the item the taxation is not automatically reloaded. For example if I change from UK to US the tax is visible as UK. Do you have any idea how to push the form to reload or recalculate taxation?

I have free shipping so the message of update rates is never available.

Anyone has experience same situation? Their support is useless: "Unfortunately, you have run out of your support credit balance, so now we cannot render you assistance free of charge".
