Hi there I wonder if someone could help please. We've discovered an issue with some products not displaying tax on orders in the customer order and invoices.
I checked to make sure the tax checkbox was ticked on all the products, one was missed. I thought for a while the problem was because the List price wasnt checked but it has been missed on a lot of products and the tax still appears on the orders for the products.
Checkboxes in Settings > Appearance where ticked, which they were:
Display prices with taxes on category/product pages if the method of calculating taxes is based on a unit's price:
Display prices with taxes on cart/checkout pages if the method of calculating taxes is based on a unit's price:
Looked through templates to make sure all tax code was correct which I believe it was. Please see attached images.
Should the above checkboxes been ticked before to ensure all tax was shown in the invoice. the above tax boxes where checked after we discovered the problem. Is there any way to show the tax on all products as the accountant will need to see this on the invoice for tax purposes.
I really dont know where the problem lies. Could someone offer any advice please?

Hi Robert, thankyou for getting touch. Tax is checked on all individual products, some were missed before but have been checked now, most products which had an error where for england and ireland.
Should I be looking elsewhere apart from in the screenshot?

Please see attached Robert. The tax checkboxes may have been ticked after the order was placed. Which is why maybe the tax isnt visible on the order or invoice?
