i've managed to add a T&C checkbox of the vendor registration page, however I am unable to link the "terms and conditions" word to the actual t&c page. I basically want the "terms and conditions" to be underlined and when clicked on it, it should take the user to the T&C page. I have already created a page (ID=36).
