It appears that I can’t enter the postal code as NA or 0, and same goes to the State…
And none of the shipping configured is available for this supplier… my guess is because of the postal code.
But Hong Kong does not use postal codes!
Please help urgently…

I don’t know about state, but I had to add 0000 for a postal code to process a credit card off-line that required a postal/zip code and the customer lived where there was not one. Just one digit may not work.

Tried your suggestion but its not working either…
Shipping available for this supplier is still not showing up in the Supplier module…
IT seems the shipping methods are not showing up for Singapore supplier as well… When there’s a postal code, but no state.
Error: Unfortunately, no shipping options are available for your location.
Arrgh… now I realised… the shipping doesn’t work for all my suppliers… suddenly… don’t really know why? It was working for UK & Canada suppliers…
