Does anyone have a suggestion for what height/width I should be making my large pop-up images for products?
I want them to fit universally in most monitors without the customer having to scroll a lot to see everything.
I use suppliers for all of my products, and a lot of the provided images are very high-res (too large to use).
I would like to create a psd template to fit all of the images into so there is some consistency on my site, I am just unsure as to what the optimal size of that template should be.

Well, the statistics say that about 90% of your customers will be viewing the images on monitors of 1028x1024 or 1024x768 resolution. So, I’d say make the images 800 wide by 600 tall. It will fit 95% of your customers and yet look good on just about every customers’ monitor.
