CS-Cart 4.02, Multi-vendor
Cart does not seem to recognize country of Canada as location for shipping.
This issue appears in both the default install and version we have configured for our needs.
We can define provinces within Canada, which are recognized correctly, but if we try to create a manual shipping rate based solely on the country Canada, it does not recognize it and gives us the default “no shipping options available for your location”
