On test there was no add-on installed. Nothing except standard instalation from CS-Cart.

On production WEBO was disabled. I just played for 2 hours with it and the disable it. I even restored a htaccess file that I back before installing it. Prove that I had to uninstall it also.

Anyway I have no ideea how can a bad add-on affect a subdomain.
