Store Under Construction

We are using the CS-Cart Multi-vendor version. Our store is online. However, we are not ready for sales yet. Is there anyway that we can add a screen that says “Coming soon” so the customer cannot see the site? We don't want to take the site down as we need to complete it.



Please advise.
