Store Logo in CS Cart 4 How do you change it?

There is no place to change the main logo. Is there some bug issues? When I click customize theme it takes me to the website out of admin. strange
After you click customize will redirect to frontend where in the left side will appear customization panel, and there you can play 
Is it os and browser specific? Ido nto see a them editor using ubuntu firefox
