In general your first step should be to disable any addons you really don't need then try the advice your find in the forum.

You've disabled right-clicking. This was the norm in the 90's and has been ill-advised since. Use hotlink protection for stopping others hotlinking to your images instead if that's what you're worried about.
Yeah, your story is very slow. I may have taken a few minutes to see if there was any obvious reason but although I can easily get around your right-click disablement, I shouldn't have to. What if I want to look at several products and compare them by flicking between browser tabs - something I do regularly - but with your store, I can't. So I'll give up and find a competitors store which is more user friendly.
Your category menu links to categories which produce 404 errors. Remove them from the menu if the category has been disabled/deleted. Nobody likes to see a 404 error.
In the first instance, I would hazard a guess at your server being misconfigured or has a physical limitation, see the report here - the majority of the loading time is waiting.

Hey,
Today my host suspended my account for cpu uage. I only have about 500 items in the store. Can you tell me what does it mean? could this cost from me not cleaning my cache?
Your account has been suspended as it was causing load issues on the server due to high cpu usage.
