Hi
After I enter the correct path for old store to import from i get a white screen, does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
www.oldstore >>> www.newstore on same server. entering /home/xxxxxx/public_html
I know it is correct path because the import tool tells me when it's not!

PS I'm not sure if store import will work for me, as I'm importing from www.oldstore (4.3.5) to www.newstore (4.3.6)
Both installations are located on the same server?
Why you cannot make an upgrade on old domain at first? Then just make a copy for the new domain. If the old domain is not planned to be used, domain settings can be changed on the server side

Hi
We want to basically start with a fresh install and import all our products orders user and settings to the clean install.
We have a few little issues with the old store since an upgrade some time ago and want to eliminate it.

Suggest you add:
define('DEVELOPMENT', true);
ini_set('display_errors', true);
to your config.local.php file or review your php error_log and see what fatal errors you have (most common cause of a white screen).

I can confirm that the white screen has now gone and correct screen appears.
I will post back as soon as I have chance to complete the store import.

The fix gets me to the next stage.
When I select "Import" I get two messages about images and a message to say "Import failed".
Any ideas on this please?

I got the same blank page. What did you do to fix the problem ? The link to the bug report doesn't work.
