Is there a specific path where images must be located for import in v 4.3.10? When we import products we only get some of the images. We suspect it is because we don't have the images in the right folder.
We are importing the products using a csv file.
In the 'Detailed image' column we only have the image filename itself with no path. So, we placed all the images in the path-to-cart/exim/backup/images folder.
We're guessing that the images that we do get in also happen to be in another folder and that is how they got imported.
Any guidance is appreciated.
