Store Import 4.1 To 4.3 Page Not Found

Hello,



I know I can upgrade the store but I prefer to import instead, After running store import it took, forever and then after a while it says page not found , so I am not sure if the import is finish or not, I’ve no option to actualize the data and so on.

Same here mine just stalls and then the progress bar disappears and I'm back to square one. Anyone have these issues ?

Please provide info about you hosting, is it shared hosting or VPS/VDS

Than try to enable Development mode - this will show the error and it will be easier to find the source for the problem (see Developers tips here: [url=“CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation”]CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation)

Thank you for responding, I am using a dedicated server and have Ubuntu 12.04 - Nginx with Google Page speed.

I am importing from 4.2.4 to Ultimate Edition to latest CS-Cart 4.3.1 After enabling development mode I got nothing except 404.

One thing I notice - After so called IMPORT is finish with 404 Page Not Found - I cant seem to find the store import addon meaning it doesnt show in please refer to this screen shot Dropbox - Error



But it shows addon is installed in my 4.3.1

I recommend you to submit a ticket to tech support. Hard to say what is the problem, some investigation is required.

ticket is submitted, but I would love to know what the problem is so every one knows about this bug.
