Store front not reflecting any changes

I was able to create a hook for my changes addon folder, but the problem now is any changes i make for the store not reflecting, why?

Note that i didnt have any proplem with xampp installation process, apache is working fine beacuse im working on other projects other than cscart and all is good, I did cleared cache of the browser an also from administration panel.

Please specify full path to the file and do not forget to clear cache (add &cc&ctpl to the URL in the admin panel)

One more thing to add to what @ecomlabs said: if after cleaning cache changes are still not reflected, try to delete the contents of var/cache/ directory in your store. Sometimes it helps (at least it did for us :slight_smile: )
