State Tax + City Tax, How to configure and report?

I would like to collect tax for both State (2.9%) and CIty (4.5%) and be able to determine how much is collected for each at years end. So far I’ve only been able to get one of the taxes to show up at a time and have resorted to just making the city tax tehe total of both (7.4%). Obviously this isnt going to work in the long for reporting purposes since they are lumped together. I’m assumign its possible to have them calculated separately. Just wondering what I’m missing in the configuration. Any help would be apprecitated. Thanks.
