SSL not working

Hello,



I’ trying to set up my SSL, but whenever I click activation I get this error



(Your SSL certificate failed to install on your site.



Error from ssl wrapper: Modulus mismatch, key file does not match certificate. Please use the correct key file).



Any help please.

It means you didn’t install your ssl certificate correctly on your server. If you contact your host they may be able to help you with that if you are unfamiliar with the process.

Yes, you should tell to your host to install the certificate, i think however they will charge a small amount of may be $10.

I been trying to ask them to install it for me for the last 4 days and they are not answering my e-mail, so I’m trying to do it my self, but its not working.

who is your host. If they aren’t responding for 4 days you may want to consider looking for a new host. In the short term how do you manage your server do you use Cpanel, Plesk or something else?

Did you try their Live Chat support. Yesturday i also faced same problem with Hostgator, they didn’t installed the SSL on server because they didn’t receive my request, however i already submit the request on their website, today i resent the request and within an hour its installed and working fine.

They don’t have live help or a phone number.

Than what you are expecting from him. They are fraud. I recommend you to transfer from that host to some good host like hostgator etc.

I would strongly recommend changing hosts. If you are looking for shared hosting I suggest you try maybe hostgator as I know a lot of people here have are using them.
