Have you removed the .htaccess file form the SO folder ? they conflict if not

Other than that I am unsure

The issue with the jquerry.simpletip-.1.3.1.js can be solved by downloading the file from [url=“Simpletip - A simple jQuery tooltip plugin”]Simpletip - A simple jQuery tooltip plugin and the install this in the public_html/js/ folder . The error then dissappears and testing the front end does not show other errors.
