Paypal: Website Payments Standard
CS-Cart: Version 2.0.15
I am experiencing an inconsistent defect after some (very few) customers process their payment via PayPal.
Example Order 1:
CS-Cart calculate the total cost as $63.19. When the transaction details are transferred to PayPal, the total amount is captured as $63.18. Shipping is included in the cost by CS-Cart. Tax rate is 13%.
Example Order 2:
CS-Cart calculates the total cost as $71.93. When the transaction details are transferred to PayPal, the total amount is captured as $71.95. No shipping. Tax rate is first calculated at 13% with a rebate of 8% applied by CS-Cart.
In both examples, different products were ordered, different tax rules apply and one used shipping while the other did not.
All transactions are in Canadian funds.
I realize that one solution may be to upgrade my CS-Cart installation. I am open to the idea, but would prefer not to at this time; I don’t have the time to fix any conflicts with my customized skin.
