Someone are using CS-Cart with Outlook?

has been impossible set up the email:

According with Outlook this are the parameters: Add your Outlook.com account to another mail app or smart device

Server address: smtp-mail.outlook.com<br />
Port: 25 (or 587 if 25 is blocked)<br />
Authentication: Yes<br />
Encrypted Connection: TLS<br />
User name: Your email address<br />
Password: Your password<br />

And I'm getting error all the time.<br />
how can I use SMTP in Cscart with Outlook then?<br />
