I’m looking, as a non-programmer, for a convenient way to edit the *.tpl smarty based templates. Is anyone aware of a tool to do this? Or has a workaround to edit these in a RTF like HTML editor like WYSIWYG now in CS for other things?
dreamweaver provides a decent quality WYSIWYG editor for TPLs,
