Skip Payment check box during checkout query

Have recently got up to date with store upgrades and now at latest version (from 2.1.4), and have noticed the “skip payment” check box on the checkout (one page).



Anyone know what this is and can it be turned off?



Have searched forum etc and can't seem to find anything.

I guess you are viewing the site via the 'Act on behalf of…' function, ie. acting on behalf of one of your customers, thus, you are given the option at checkout to skip payment. You shouldn't see this if you log in as a customer normally, or check-out as a guest/new customer.

Yeah was using act on behalf. Pretty obvious once someone tells you!!! :idea:
