Skin will not change in 2.1.2 pro

I have 2.1.2 Professional

Only the basic skin is available. They all show but when you try to change to another skin, it just stays on basic. When I go into the template editor it shows the skins that I have tried to install. Permissions look right.

have you tried to clear the cache?

We have noticed when making some changes that we would have to do this.

I’m working w/JC and clearing the cache is the deal we needed.
