Sitemap.xml File Not Found

We just updated my store from 4.5.2 to 4.7.2.

The xml sitemap at:

https://www.opticaloceansales.com/sitemap.xml

Returns a 404 not found error. I've repeatedly regenerated it.

The sitemap add-on was reinstalled and the SEO add-on is enabled.

We can view the sitemap here:

https://www.opticaloceansales.com/index.php?dispatch=sitemap.view

Does anyone know what's going on?

We finally found it at:

var/files/google_sitemap/sitemap.xml

Please make sure that the following file exists and has correct permissions

app/addons/google_sitemap/schemas/routes/objects.post.php

Then delete the var/cache directory and check the result

Well, that didn't work. It simply hangs trying to write the file.

What should the permissions be set to?

It's been traced to a conflict with Cart-Power's Power Blog Add-on. I've submitted a ticket to them to resolve it.
