I tried to add sign up for our newsletters template but the template is not exist at all in the block .

in another Cs-cart i found same template in adding block to grid section under checkout: newsletter.

which i did not find completely .

any help how I can add it.

Please add block with the Template type. Then in the block settings you will find list of available templates. Required template can be found there
