Does anyone know how we can edit an order to show a refund or credit for the customer
Please provide us with more details about required functionality. You can enable the Comments and reviews section and post message for the customer on the Order details page
Many thanks for your reply - we have now resolved the problem - we were not aware that we could change a price of a product without it affecting any other orders. We were then able to make the customers invoice correct - otherwise we were thinking we would need to add a credit line once the refund was made.
