How can I block new products or best sellers, the link “continue list” to be added?
For example: “see all new products” or “see all bestsellers” link in the bottom block.

Neither 'all new products' nor 'all bestsellers' are pages, therefore there is no default functionality to link to either.
The solution would be to modify or add a custom template for new/bestsellers with a link to the new pages, create new pages for both bestseller and new products and add the 'best sellers' and 'new' product blocks with no product limits onto these pages.
