Show Add To Cart on items in Hot Products block

Hi my lovely people,

Does anyone know how I can display the Add to cart button in the hot deals block?. At the moment all I can see is an image of the product with a hyperlink title underneath it.

The first place to look is the CS-Cart User Manual (https://www.cs-cart.com/documentation.html). Try starting on page 303. That discusses blocks. The hot deals block can be edited and one of the options will be to “Hide add to cart button”. Just make sure that is not checked.

Hmm thanks.



The only trouble is if I untick Hide add to cart button in the admin panel it doesn’t resolve the issue :frowning:



The add to cart still seems to be missing,

Hmm,



Maybe Hot Deals doesn’t have an “Add to Cart” button. I guess you can:


  1. Submit a bug via bug tracker ([url]CS-Cart Community Forums
  2. Use a different block. I use Featured Products and it has an add to cart button.

hmm it gets worse. I can’t even select hot deals from the appearance type drop down when adding a block now.
