Shipping Settings Issue

Hey Fellow CS-Carters,



I am trying to set up shipping and have been trying to test it works but keep getting the following error message

"Sorry, it seems that we have no shipping options available for your location.

Please check your shipping address and contact us if everything is okay. We'll see what we can do about it."



I have set up locations for all of the states within Australia (my selling boundary) also set up “Manual” shipping methods with 4 weight dependancies in “Shipping Charges”



I can't seem to get to the payment of goods? as the above error message keeps showing up?



and when the error shows up the menu down the left hand side duplicates itself and is stacked on top of itself.



Have attached image showing errors.



any help appreciated??
