I have a question/problem with a shipping promotion and shipping method that I set up.
My client wants to offer free shipping to all US retail sales but want's to be able to select the carrier with the best price.
To do this I created a Shipping Method called “FREE SHIPPING” and a promotion that requires the order to be shipped to the US and a retail order.
The problem is that the “FREE SHIPPING” method displays as a shipping option for all locations.
The probem just revealed itself when his first international order was placed.
Is there a way to edit something so that the “FREE SHIPPING” is restricted just to US and US territories?
