Shipping Method

Hi,



I'm new the CS Cart and have just setup 3 Shipping method.



Details,

  1. Normal Post
  2. Registered Post
  3. Free delivery above $200.



    During checkout, the client can still choose “Free delivery above $200” even when the total cost is less than $200.



    Should the program auto disable “Free delivery above $200” option or I miss out something?

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Please make sure that you set up the free shipping method correctly according to the Free shipping for an order which total is more than some value article of our Knowledge base.



    If everything is set up correctly, please attach screen shots of the shipping settings page and Checkout page in order that we can examine the issue carefully.

Thanks, I got it working. I only setup row 2 in cost dependencies section and miss out the values in the 1st row.
