Shipping Method

I am having a strange issue. I am trying to place an order through the back end and I am getting an error. The error says I have no shipping method selected. I know I do have shipping because my customers have no problem ordering themselves.

The image shows the admin. After I select the product, the shipping method is supposed to appear but it does not. It works on my other sites.

I checked everything noted and I still can not get it to work. My customers have no problem on the front end, I just on the back end, I can not create an order.
