Every client for whom I have set up CS-Cart has asked for shipping features like Amazon where one product can be purchased and shipped as a gift to multiple addresses. Is there a way to make this happen with CS-Cart?

Unfortunately CSC does not support multiple ship to’s in an order. One order, one ship to. Shipping is probably the biggest gap in the cart right now, there’s plenty of enhancement requests in uservoice, I hope they address them soon.
