shipping location

Hello, I made test on my store, and in the checkout page, in the last step I got the next error:



“Unfortunately no shipping options are available for your location.

Please contact us and we will see about delivering to you.”




I didn’t change anything about the shipping status.

what and where in the back store I need to change so I’ll be able to completed the order?

What version of CS-Cart?



Check these things:

  1. Do the items have a weight assigned to them?
  2. Do you have location that matches the customer shipping address?



    In version 2, if you have set up a localization, you also need to make sure that the shipping method has appropriate localizations assigned.
