Do your products have weight assigned? If you are using the Supplier add-on, do your products have the supplier assigned?

i have the same problem when the products weight more than 150lb. does the mod split boxes by itself?

Yes, but it doesn’t allow me to define the box weight that I want. The company ususally split box every 50lbs. Thanks!
