After upgrading my CS-Cart MV store, the system stopped automatically estimating shipping cost. It was working fine before upgrades. The message is “Sorry, we couldn’t find any shipping options for your location. Please contact us, and we’ll see what we can do about it.”
Any ideas on how to fix that?

Do you use real time calculation? What services do you use?
I discovered that the cart is calculating the shipping cost. However, in the checkout page, it keeps showing the “Sorry, we couldn’t find any shipping options for your location. Please contact us, and we’ll see what we can do about it ” error until I re-enter the address and refresh the page. When I do that, the real-time shipping cost shows in the checkout page too. This does not make sense at all. How can we tell every customer to refresh a page to place an order. Any solution please?
