Firstly, if the forum adimn reads this, could we please have more specific forum categories such as shipping, checkout, etc to group posts a bit better.
So here is my problem. i use Fedex for shipping, however the API does not work with our local Fedex service, because it is operated under liscence. The issue is that currently cs cart cannot input the size of the packed product, so i have to manually calculate it. this is fine, but when I ship locally via road the volumetric weight is calculated as follows: L x W x H (cm) / 4000.
When I ship via air the volumetric weight is calculated as follows: L x W x H (cm) / 5000.
How does one begin to solve tis issue? Is it possible to assign 2 weights each with their own shipping methods.
How does the realtime shipping calculator work this out?
